SensorSpot is an engineering company with a focus on design, development and production of hardware and software for physical and (bio) chemical sensors for non-destructive detection of gases in MAP applications in food industry. De door SensorSpot ontwikkelde sensoren worden voornamelijk ingezet in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
Mission statement
SensorSpot has developed an innovative, non mechanical, food sensor allowing 100% control on gas composition and (micro) leaks of products packed under modified atmosphere.

Sensor Spot became a member of the Food Valley NL Society. Food Valley NL is an international society to promote innovations and observe trends in the food sector.
Ship it Fresh
We are partners in the project Ship it Fresh. The project aims to develop a bag with conditioned gascontent for the transport of soft fruit. Sensorspot will develop the sensor to monitor the gas content in the bag. Ambition
Ambition of Sensor Spot is to become a leading knowledge and engineering centre for practical (bio) sensor applications in Europe for the benefit of the food industry and (food) packaging industry. De consument heeft de zekerheid dat het product onder de juiste condities is verpakt.
